Buying a monitored alarm system can be a bit of a minefield. More often than not companies selling monitored alarms will try to sell you a system over the phone on a long term or rental contract.
In almost all cases we would advise people that monitored alarms are not worth the money. In the medium to long term you will pay more money for less of a system.
Monitored alarms cost from €99 to install and €35 per month for monitoring and maintenance.
Unmonitored alarms are not very popular these days due to the cost being the same as a self monitored system and lack of notifications when the alarm activates.
